3. Your Account and Location

To post and participate, you must allow location access. We store your approximate location (e.g. in a cookie) to show you a feed of posts near you and to attach your location to your posts. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of location data, feed relevance, or uninterrupted access. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WYA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where feasible. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms.
